Meet the Team – Dominique Coulson, Operations Manager
Want to get to know the individuals working to provide Ignition Wealth’s solutions?

In this blog series, we will introduce you to our team. Dominique Coulson is the Operations Manager for Ignition Wealth.

She previously gained experience as the Channel Manager for Executive Security & Engineering Technologies, Inc. (ESET). She also was an Events Assistant Intern for the Australian British Chamber of Commerce, during her degree at the University of Technology in Sydney.

We asked her eight questions about her work at Ignition Wealth.

1. Why did you make the decision to work for Ignition Wealth?

Financial advice has always been something I believed is important for everyone to be able to have access to.  When I saw the opportunity to join Ignition Wealth and help provide this opportunity to all Australians I didn’t hesitate.

2. What are some of your career highlights/key achievements?

Assisting in the management of hundreds of documents, registers, reports and evidence as well as designing new business processes to ensure Ignition Wealth could become “recommended for registration” to the internationally-recognised standard for Information Security Management, ISO/IEC 27001.

3. What are you working on right now?

I am currently working on creating a new resource library which will include a range of demonstration videos of the Ignition Wealth technology. These will be available for businesses and professionals to view to gain a better understanding of what we offer and how we can support businesses into the future.

4. What do you enjoy about working at Ignition Wealth?

I enjoy working with such an interactive and supportive team. Ignition Wealth have a really great workplace culture which makes going to work a joy.

5. What are you looking forward to in 2018?

We have many great opportunities coming up that will open up many new experiences and challenges that I am excited to tackle.

6. What is your favourite piece of tech?

I would have to say my kindle, all of the books that you could possibly imagine all in one place available at just the touch of a button.

7. Any book suggestions?

The Better Angels of Our Nature by Steve Pinker and of course Harry Potter by J.K Rowling.

8. What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Good advice is hard to find.
